to influence the overseas Chinese international students by the form of touring lecture and salon; to cooperate with them to form new political force;

on the topic of China’s development, to initiate dialogues among the newly raised middle class, among the open-minded officials in China, between the political participants in Hong Kong and Taiwan, and between western governments and the civil society as a whole. We seek consensus in the dialogue.

collecting, summarizing, and sending the grass root level research in China to policymakers and China watchers in the email format;
